  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process, especially Piyush, who went above and beyond to help me. He took the time to work with me, even negotiating with me to make sure I got the best option for what I needed. I had flyers and obituaries printed there, and they came out absolutely beautiful—high quality, clear, and exactly how I hoped they would look. The team was patient, kind, and made what could have been a stressful process much easier. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and attention to detail. A special thank you to Piyush for his outstanding help. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing printing or shipping services!

  I had to go to this location today for fingerprints. I had a hard time completing this task... my fingers were not cooperating. I should have asked the representative for his name so I could call him out out directly bc he was great. He was pleasant, patient and professional. Thank you for your help.

  I recently visited the UPS location at JW Clay Blvd, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff member who assisted me came across as rude and unhelpful, which made the entire interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, the shipping charges quoted were significantly higher than I expected. Instead of feeling guided or supported in finding the best option, it felt like there was little effort to help me explore more affordable alternatives. Because of this, I decided to check elsewhere and ended up finding much better pricing and service at FedEx. Customer service and transparency in pricing are very important, especially for something as common as shipping. Sadly, this location didn’t meet those expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this UPS store and would suggest considering other options if you’re looking for better service and reasonable rates.

  The staff members are really sweet and helpful. They will greet you and guide you as soon as you walk into the door. I came to mail my tax forms today and one of the staff helps me fond out a mistake in my shipping address. That literally save my life. I really appreciate her patience and professionalism
