- JFJ FDec 3, 20171.0If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here for your printing services EVER you will highly regret it. You are much better off going to FedEx! We went to Staples and the man helping us lead us to believe he had everything under control, he understood everything that we said and said that he would give us a call in 3 hours when the order was ready. We were super confident with his understanding of our order and him getting it done. When we never got a call we called the next day and they had no record of our order. No idea anything about it like it never existed. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes (being generous) before they found anything regarding our order. It was a huge mess and they could not complete nor understand our order . Then on top of it all she said that there was nothing written about the order and when we went to go pick up our paper, there was the note with very detailed instructions on there of what needed to be done. STAY AWAY FROM STAPLES PRINTING AT THE PROMENADE!!!
