  I ordered my brand stickers i need for my business on staples, i place an online order for the stickers i put the photo in correctly. The next day i go to staples to pick up my stickers, i get the bag, once i arrive home i had to do orders and when i was ready to put my business stickers i see that they had print out the sticker part wrong. The stickers isn’t on my designs, it’s halfway on the design & there’s a thick white like that’s in between then reaches to the next sticker besides. I had to improvise since i was in a rush and cut through a few things. Majority of the sticker/label didn’t go on. Super disappointed. Where i outlined is where the sticker is.

  If you're planning on making an Amazon return here I would advise against it. The employee was nice but I've waited 10 mins plus each time I've came here for this (three times). They need a better process

  Don't use Staples for Amazon returns. This is the third day I've had to make a very out of the way trip to this location regarding a $300+ return because an employee improperly filed it in their system. Adding on the fact that they're out of Amazon return labels with no clear restock day, I have idea of knowing when or if I'd even get my refund. I don't blame the staff on the shortage of labels, but I wouldn't need to even deal with that if it was closed out properly in the first place. Just use UPS even if you have to box it yourself. It's not worth even the smallest chance of you losing a return here.

  This is the worst Staples in the Charlotte area, staff members are not helpful , try to do a return most of the time they can't do it because their machine is down or don't have anybody at the desk!
