  I just worked with Roni at Staples Store #1223. She helped me complete my TSA pre-check application and provided excellent customer service. The process was easy and painless. She definitely lived up to the Staples brand experience. Awesome Job!

  About a week ago, I dropped off documents to be coil bound into 4 individual books. What I received back the following day were unusable, unprofessional product that I can't believe they were even presented back to me. The pages were not lined up, the coil was haphazardly inserted and way to large for the amount of pages. There were missed holes and extra coil at the end that just didn't make sense. The docs would not lay flat or even turn easily. After more review, there were a handful of pages that were not even coiled within the book. I am not sure who the person was who worked on my project, but it was very evident that they were not qualified or well trained. After discussing, Staples did give me a refund. I ended up taking my docs to FedEx Print in Ballantyne and they were able to fix the issue and presented a well bound, professional book (last image). I highly recommend not working with Staples print for your coil bound needs. (Images were taken at FedEx and not at Staples. Books completed by Staples are in Navy Coil and FedEx in Black Coils)

  Went for my TSA precheck/CLEAR+ appt. The kiosk is located at the back wall inside the the store. I arrived just after my appointment (thanks Apple Maps) but the Staples associate, Roni was so helpful and informative. She was kind, patient, & explained the process thoroughly. We need more Roni’s in this world!

  Roni was incredible! She was extremely nice and very knowledgeable when helping me with my TSA Precheck. She made sure the whole process was stress free and I was very impressed. She even helped me with making sure my Clear app was up to date. Now I’m ready to fly. Thank you!
