There have been multiple times where our scheduled delivery simply did not show up, leaving us without water for days. What makes it worse is that when they fail to deliver on time, there is no credit or compensation offered to the customer for the inconvenience. However, if your payment is late, they have no problem quickly adding late fees to your account. It feels very one-sided — customers are expected to follow all the rules and pay penalties, but the company takes no accountability when they fail to provide the service they are charging for. Reliable delivery is the entire purpose of a water delivery service. Unfortunately, that reliability just hasn’t been there. I would not recommend Primo if you’re expecting consistent service.
