  This store was listed as a return option with the ability to print the shipping label. Drove 30 minutes to the store to print the label and send the return, and they tell me they don’t have a printer and I have to drive to another store that is another 30 minutes away. The lady at the front was very polite.

  Eric is amazing. He went above and beyond to help me and another customer find our missing packages after days of delays. He really took ownership and didn’t stop until we had answers. You can tell he’s a great leader. His team clearly respects him, and he handled the driver who mishandled my package with professionalism and accountability. Huge shoutout to Eric for making a stressful situation so much easier. Truly top-tier service.

  Manuel or Tracey whoever was supposed to deliver to thrive at university today.. never attempted delivery and lied saying that they did. Didn't even leave a door tag. I was keeping an eye out all day including the mailroom. Can someone from this location contact me? I have called several times, but the representatives said they could do nothing about it that only the actual hub can.
