- TMTorra McCallApr 3, 20261.0I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this FedEx location. This occurred on Friday, April 3 around 4 PM. I came in with two packages — one prepaid and one that needed to be packaged and paid for. Since I needed assistance with one of them, I went to the counter so everything could be handled in one transaction. The employee working the counter, a middle-aged woman with glasses and curly hair, did not greet me or acknowledge me when I said hello. She began asking questions without any basic courtesy or explanation. When I clarified that one package was prepaid and the other needed service, she abruptly grabbed the box off the counter and walked to the kiosk without saying anything. I let her know I was familiar with the kiosk and could have done that myself, but I came to the counter because I had two transactions. She never responded, never communicated what she was doing, and ignored me when asked about receipt preferences. Despite me saying I prefer email receipts, she selected printed without acknowledging what I said. Customer service should at minimum include basic communication and respect. I left the store feeling frustrated and unappreciated as a customer and decided to take my business to another location.
