- SHSamantha HerMay 16, 20161.0Customer service was not as expected. It was already difficult trying to find parking near the entrance. I had 4 packages total and were pretty huge for me. I brought one in and asked for help and a gentlemen said "fine I'll go" as if he didn't want to help me. We walked outside and he asked where I parked - I pointed and said "across the street" I parked directly across the street from the entrance and he had the audacity to say "well if I knew that I would've never offered to help" - I swear these were his exact words.
