  HUGE Thanks to Joy 🤩 I was able to get my extremely huge wagon returned to the seller with no problem. I really appreciate the quick support and shipping assistance. I will be returning in the future(no pun intended lol) . The staff also had a great vibe that made the atmosphere very welcoming.

  Time after time of coming to this location the customer service is always very bad. I visited this morning to use the print station, it was down. I was not greeted when I entered and stood at the desk for minutes (I was the only customer at the time) before an employee finally looked up from his computer to talk to me. He (African American employee with glasses) still didn’t even come over to approach the part of the counter where I was standing. He refused to move and I felt like I had to shout across the place to tell him what service I needed. I asked if they could print for me since the print station was down and he shared the email to send my documents to. All he had to do was click on the link that I emailed and the document would come up and he could easily print it but I guess that was one too many steps for him. He got an attitude and said he wasn’t going to do it that way. I didn’t have the energy to go back and forth so I simply just said “never mind thank you” and walked out. I won’t be visiting this location again. The location in Southpark is much nicer and friendlier.

  I always have a great experience here. My last visit stands out as I was picking up a large piece of furniture that was shipped to FedEx. The manager helped me put it in my car which I really appreciated. Shipping isn’t usually my favorite errand but I never mind dropping in here!

  Horrible service, printers constantly malfunctioning, no awareness from any staff. Waited for 30 mins for assistance at the counter and employee walks up to the man behind me asking if he needs anything…

  I’m new to the area and stopped in because I was having trouble shipping items for my passport. Vegas was absolutely amazing! Even though she was busy, she took the time to help me with every question and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Her kindness, patience, and friendliness truly stood out. This FedEx location will definitely be my first choice for any future services.
