The print job, in PDF form, was submitted online, and it was ready 24 hours later. The results and quality were top notch. I was very pleased with the results. Special thanks to Brady and Kester for a great customer experience!

After 20 minutes of waiting, I approached another staff member to ask what was happening. When the first employee returned, there was no acknowledgment of the delay or apology offered. The second employee Gisele was professional and completed the transaction. However, the lack of communication and accountability from the first employee reflects poorly on this location's service standards. Customers deserve basic respect for their time.
