There was also a rush of people while I was there and he assisted them all in a timely manner with respect and kindness.

I usually feel like a hassle and dread going to FedEx because I know me and the employee helping me will have a long, awkward, interaction. Not today. I can say with confidence this was the single best FedEx experience I’ve ever had and I will go out of my way to only return to this specific location whenever possible. Vanessa was so friendly and efficient, I was in an out so fast I found myself wanting to stay longer because of how much Vanessa was making me smile! You can tell when someone genuinely cares about their job and the people they work with and Vanessa and her team at this location do!

I stood there over 10 mins waiting for someone to come over to me and she watched and did not acknowledge me or say she would be right with me. I had to ask for service after waiting. I would not recommend this location.
