The post office is closed for “lunch” with doors locked and package drop box locked. Even if you wanted to use the self service machine to print postage there is no place to deposit the package. Today I arrived at 12:30 and there was a hand printed sign on the door that said they were at lunch and would return at 2:30!! That is 2 HOURS during which time they advertise to be open serving the public. I’m sure the post office will blame the government shutdown but the first two times this happened it was in September way before the shutdown. It is totally unacceptable to close a business that people rely on during business hours for the convenience of employees. Disgusting.

Every time I have mailed a package containing CBD products they wind up hundreds of miles away from their intended destination!!!! Earlier this year I mailed such a package to Atlanta, GA which is only a 4 hour drive from Charlotte, NC, the package wound up in Kentucky! Almost a week later the package came to my home as undeliverable. I sent another such package to NYC from Charlotte, NC and the package is now in Texas! Either someone at the post office dislikes me or someone / some people at the post office are attempting to steal or tamper with the items that I am sending! No one is taking responsibility for this!!! I am going to have to restrict my customer orders to FedEx or UPS. This is not acceptable at all! My customers will not trust me if I cannot get them their packages without this happening. I will have to refund / compensate customers for these losses. I am going to report this to the authorities.
