I come to the post office to inquire on why it was returned and if we could resend it and they’re wanting to charge me an additional 132. They stated that in the details I did not specify what two children’s toys and two shirts were. I asked them why didn’t they catch this three times and they kept avoiding the question stating it is up to me to put this in the details and customs can return it. They were trying not to admit fault that they are indeed the ones that looked at the customs forms but decided to send it out anyway without recognizing that there is a problem with the form when it is their JOB. Absolutely horrible service and they did not make me hole so now I’m out $132 to send a package worth 80.TERRIBLE.
