We have had a p.o. box at this location for a long time and I can honestly say that the quality has been decreasing especially over the course of the past year. We usually have a notification slip placed in the p.o. box when it was time to renew. This time around we did not. There was a barrier placed in the back of the box and no notification. When we went to the front, the individual who was there stated that the box had been closed. When asked why there had not been any notification, they claimed, they responded saying that they apologized "If that is what happened ". In addition when we asked what happened with the mail that we should have received, they responded that it was returned to sender. In the end we paid to have the box renewed. However I am disgusted with nit only this post office but the usps in general. Sad to say I hope that usps is shut down completely. They provide very poor service and constantly increase the prices, not only for the p.o. box fee but all their services.
