I arrived at the post office and the woman working there was extremely rude and yelling, insisting they close at 1 PM — despite the sign on the door clearly stating they are open until 5 PM. Completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Not sure if this is an actual policy or if this unhelpful employee just is making her own break hours despite a group of customers waiting to be helped
