Post office on 6700 Tryon Rd is the worst, so many ppl complained about their mail. The carrier suppose delivered my package on Dec 31, instead of leaving PKG at the door like they always do. They leave a sorry I miss you note in mail box, yet I'm at the address waiting all day for my package, as they will ring doorbell or knock at door. So. As 5pm roll up, I gets text saying sorry we missed you while you were out, I mean really. So I called complaining, n made arrangement for next day delivery. The mail courier didn't even show up or anyone even get the package vto delivered. I had previous calls. On hold for 30 minutes then they hung up. So I called again on day of redilivery schedule, post master said they never took the package out the truck n no one was there to delivery. Make that make sense... So 3rd day I'm going to post office to see why I not have my package n why they the worst post service around. State need to shut them down. It's ALWAYS A PROBLEM WITH THAT POSTAL SERVICE. I WISH I COULD CHANGE POSTAL SERVICE. I DONE HAD MAIL

Absolutely disrespectful behavior from an employee named Johnnie.
If your company values its reputation and its relationship with customers, I strongly recommend reviewing the security camera footage from December 23 at 12:35 PM.
Please observe how this man, who is twice my size and height, was yelling at me while my young children were standing nearby and witnessed this behavior.
He behaved in a completely unacceptable manner — pretending not to understand what I was saying, laughing, acting aggressively, and insulting me.
This person should absolutely not be working with people. His behavior was unstable and inappropriate.

The 2 women were friendly and kept their lines moving quickly. A delay was caused when my clerk went looking for a patron's package, which caused about a 9-11 minute extra wait time for me. She did apologize to the one who's package couldn't be found and to me for the delay.
