I’ve never had a package lost even when using dropbox without receipts. I have shipped over 50 packages here within the past year no issues. Recently I shipped perfume and it went smoothly. Be patient during holidays for packages in the dropbox to update, when busy they might skip tracking until it gets to regional center. Very impressive during Christmas!

I sent out a simple Christmas card and when the receiver got the card it was ripped open and then placed into a separate envelope from the post office. If you plan on sending a gift card or something I would not recommend sending through this carrier.
