- TWTray WayDec 30, 20251.0Man listen. I work in the healthcare sector and I’ve seen how much things have changed over the years so I can emphasize with working short staffed like the next person. But, when you’re in a business of processing passports in conjunction with appointments, there is no rhyme or reason as to why things should be happening at a snails pace. This location has you waiting outside for about 10 mins, then a clerk checks you in for you to then to end up sitting around for hourssss before your passport process begins. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, for this particular location is not equipped for this particular task!

I absolutely hate that my mail has to be delivered out of this post office. There’s always an issue. Small packages that are larger than my mailbox, but will fit easily inside a parcel locker I’m made to drive here and deal with their attitudes just to pick it up. Yesterday surprisingly they left a key, BUT left the entire parcel locker open so anyone could just go in and grab any package they wanted!! So why leave a key if you were just going to leave everyone’s packages unsecured?!? I’m sure there were Christmas gifts and all. I’m just glad I got my package and am an honest person. I hope my neighbors got theirs as well. USPS do better or at least hire better! People shouldn’t have to deal with this when you’re being paid to do a job. **Update: It just never ends with this post office. I ordered some perfume and had been tracking it waiting on its arrival. I was super excited to receive it, only for it to finally say “delivered” and there was nothing in my mailbox. So they marked it as delivered and stole it! Filed a claim and of course haven’t heard anything from them. Typical. There are nothing but a bunch of rude, bottom of the barrel thieves that work here!

My appointment was at 10:45. I got there 15mind early and he said there is a 2 hr wait which included time for his 15min break and 1hr lunch.

I had an appointment for 11:45am and arrived at 10:30am he let me in and never greeted me or asked me for my appointment time but greeted the family in front of me and ask their time slot. Despite that I gave him my name and time . He then proceeded to take everyone ones appointments and walking before ever calling me . He cleared the entire building before he called my name and my appointment as at 11:45 and proceeded to take a family before me at 11:44 when I was there first ! He then looked and said I have forgot about you but took a walk in after he said that ! He then laughs in my face after seeing that I’m visibly upset for making me be the last person in the building when I was the first to arrive .! After laughing in my face told me to have a great day ! Horrible experience CLERK 60 !!!! Middle aged black man !
