10/30 at 4:30pm - the two ladies working had the only attitude and rudest tone of voice when talking to me and others. Then one of them had the audacity to ask why I chose the ☹️ option when asked about the level of courtesy. Very confrontational and inappropriate. Maybe be nice and fix up that tone when assisting customers and you’ll get a 😁 rating… if you hate working there, being helpful and talking to people… why do you work there? 😆

I will NEVER use USPS again especially when shipping to Charlotte. You all are horrible with delivery times, I will never depend on you to deliver a product for me again. I now have to process a refund, thanks to you!

They never answer the phones and emails have gone out and another post supervisor from another USPS tried internally to get in touch. To no avail.
