Then, a day or two after I place a USPS Online Complaint, I will see this note on my Informed Delivery Dashboard, “There is one or more mailpieces for which we do not currently have an image that is included in today's mail.” (See photo) I thought that Informed Delivery was to offer USPS customers a digital preview of their daily incoming mail and packages along with the convenience of reducing trips to the mailbox. Instead, I’m seeing an increased frequency of false Informed Delivery alerts while finding my mailbox empty. If some USPS mail carriers are delivering mail/packages according to their own schedule, what is the purpose of having USPS Informed Delivery?
