Yes, the lobby is small but the line was out the door and they only had this one clerk working. Other postal workers were behind the desk but handling other business. Why could they not have helped out a little? At one point one of these ladies seemed to force the agent on duty at the desk to handle a phone call about some other situation when it was obvious other people were impatiently waiting. Kudos to the agent who handled it with grace and thanked everyone for their patience. I was impressed and told her so.
