Numerous times I can count more than 10 that I’ve had issues with their services and their customer service in general and they never have accountability and it’s always their fault when I’m having issues with my package. Those ladies up there have the worst attitude ever and are lazy and does not want to do their jobs. I have packages sitting in there since the 17th February and now it’s 28 February and they had a nerve to give me an attitude because I was concerned about their services. I have video proof.

However, today as I was leaving, I was pulled aside to show my dropoff receipt and told to fill it out and put 5 stars and satisfied in every category. Almost Every person leaving was asked to do it. So don’t be surprised if review ratings start going up with fake reviews.

Attendant who helped me was extremely rude and made me very uncomfortable. I finally left without being able to mail my package.
