    Rude employee. This was my second time coming back to the location due to the address not registering in the system. This time the employee just put it in, did not confirm all while being on their personal airpods talking to someone on the phone. First thing said was, “man I really hate people looking at me”, as I approach the counter to ship my package… Clerk #37 said she didn’t look up addresses I needed to know if it was correct or not. I let her know that I previously came and was told that this zipcode was incorrect but it just went through for her so I was unsure if there was truly any issue. She said I need to know and to just change the zipcode then… she did not confirm in the system that it was correct and was explicitly loud and rude… all while talking to someone on their personal phone and laughing at this interaction.

    Horrible customer service. The branch manager is rude as ever and when you call to complain they send the complaint to her and nothing gets done about it . Just more disrespect.

    Inform mail delivery showed me that I was suppose to receive mail Tuesday Sept 2, Sept 3rd, and Sept 4th and I have not received no mail this week at all. Sept 2rd was very important mail 6 mails I have not gotten no mail this week yet. I filed a complaint on Wednesday this week and the lady called me from the post office on yesterday stating I should be receiving some of my missing mail on yesterday. , guess what? The mail still never came, I am so done with this mail service it really sucks on mail delivery. Inform mail delivery service is no good, all I want is all my undelivered mail to show up.
