- JBJohnnie BostickDec 23, 20251.0Hello Viewers, this is the worst experience Idewild Postal Station. I have encountered. Today , December 23, 2025 . I went there to receive refund that was authorized in an email confirmation. Arrived, and was denied to receive the refund. The employee and I had a shouting exchange that resulted in a manager to be called. He sided with the employee and denied me also . I went to my car and retrieve my cellular to prove to him I could get a refund in 30days. When he saw and read the email he now was convinced. He handed me a form to fill out. When I stepped away from the counter to finish the form. The African American male approached me with the dark shades and asked “ If I had completed the form “? My response to him was no and to go ahead and wait on the customer who was waiting in line to be helped. I struggle to understand why he became so offensive! He began to spin out of control yelling and using the most ridiculous words of profanity to me. Moments before, I was attacked by the black female who apparently was in the back of the station . She appeared and had know place or involvement but she made it her own. She and I had words when she threw my paper on the floor and said I wasn’t getting anything, and to get out of the station and go to another. Then , I felt uneasy and threatened when she said I will call the police . The manager on duty was not able to control the dispute or his outrageous employee”s . I was stunned with the amount of profanity in front of me I am a customer. !!! Viewers. Be Aware of this station location at 6501 Albermarle Rd here in Charlotte, NC November 20, 2025 the clerk at the time made an mistake and the station manager on duty kept telling me the Certified Mail in which I paid for too included another service fee . My sender didn’t receive my information to them , it was delivered weeks later. Subsequently. I paid for this extra service and was told no refund! The station also was aware in advance I would come and get my refund. I was so disappointed and upset as a customer and never would imagine being treated and threatened in such a way. This is my home station and never will I go there again. I retrieve my refund and exited the station. I was profusely in tears when I placed a call to 911 upon arrival of the officers one went inside and the other officer stayed and gave me the opportunity to vent my concerns They both showed compassion to me. I was advised to make a formal complaint in which I did . Finally, as a result “ Be Aware “ of this Post Office unprofessional conduct and behavior’s. This experience. I am sharing is for another consumer who may visit . Poor service to customers who pay their salaries by utilizing a service! May God help them all ! Prayers for them all ! 🙏🏾🫤

Time for delivery and at 6:31am I get a message saying that they can't delivered my package. They have two options drop it off at the front office or simply in my mail box but they are so freaking lazy to. That I have to drive to pick up my package so inconvenient and lazy of them.
