She was nice to the man Infront of me and all of the sudden her mood changed when it was my turn. Extremely unfriendly look and tone. She asked me to write my address at a certain part of the package. It was already written down and she asked me to write it again. She never smiled, and had a very arrogant tone. She also asked me to step back and told me to step forward not even 5 seconds later because she put papers in a drawer. Do better USPS!! Looks like you hire everything. Go to the ballantyne commons location. The man and lady working there are the sweetest and always helpful.

The parking was already a massive issue due to Trader Joe's, CVS, Starbucks etc...and now you put the post office smack dab in the middle of it! There aren't enough spaces and it's impossible to get out of your space if you are lucky enough to find one because traffic is backed up in the lanes behind you because of no available parking spots! Unreal....

Staff, however, are always rude, tired, unknowledgeable, and just straight up wrong about services and pricing, they need more training. Location is nice and efficient, staff are horrible, probably still a good place to come.
