  I had an amazing experience at this UPS Store! And want to say a big thank you to Tahiat and the whole UPS Store team for such a great experience! Tahiat helped us with notary work and was extremely patient and professional. He made sure everything was in order and correct and explained clearly. His friendly nature made the whole process stress-free. Even as the store was closing, he and his colleagues kindly extended their service to ensure everything was completed properly. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. The team at the store was also very kind and welcoming — everyone worked together to provide the best service possible. We left completely satisfied and will definitely come back for future services. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality service with smile. You’ll definitely be in good hands here!

  The staff in here are so kind, efficient and knowledgeable. The two gentlemen that helped me make 20+ returns today were spectacular and so friendly. I am so lucky this is my closest UPS.

  I recently visited the UPS Store for Amazon drop off&Notarizations. The staff was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was friendly. This level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. The store was clean, well-organized, and everything was handled promptly. I would highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone looking for reliable and top-notch service. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  I normally use this location for Amazon returns, but overtime I’ve had multiple issues. On several occasions, I’ve received notifications from Amazon stating they never received my returned items — and that I would be charged for non-return. When I asked an employee about it, I was told they ship returns out in bulk. However, I’ve personally noticed several times that staff don’t always attach the return shipment label or ticket to the item before I leave. I’m not making accusations, but after receiving yet another message from Amazon saying they didn’t get my return, I’m seriously concerned about what’s happening at this location. I’ve never had this issue with other UPS Stores or return partners like Kohl’s. One or two missing returns could be an honest mistake — but five or more is a serious problem. Please look into this and ensure returns are being handled properly.
