- CMCraig MatijowOct 22, 20252.03 weeks ago I had 100 copies created here on glossy thin paper (text gloss) is how it was written on the receipt. Total cost 66 bucks. Fast forward 3 weeks and I went in to have 150 copies of the exact same document printed. The price rang up to 126 dollars. When i looked at the description of the paper on the register when the employee was ringing me up the description said glossy cardstock. I pointed that out and the fact that what I was getting was not cardstock. I also showed her the receipt from last time with the description and pointed out the difference. I was told that the description didn’t matter, the prices went up October 1st, and that the system no longer gave her the option to do get what I got last time. The lady working just seemed like she was going to tell me anything to not have to do anything additional to help a customer. In the face of showing someone the differences in the description from receipts from just 3 weeks ago to what she was ringing me up now for I just found her excuses to be absolutely ridiculous and just outright stupid.

I was just using the tape to close my box . The attitude the lady working the front was unreal. Made me leave the store and go elsewhere .
- CCCathy CarrawaySep 23, 20254.0On the 16th of Aug. I took several items UPS to return to Amazon. I was notified a couple of days ago by Amazon that I needed to return an item. I knew I returned the item on the 16th but I couldn't resolve this by internet, so I called Amazon. They explained to me UPS has 2 scannings done on returns. One when you bring the item in to get the info. for the return from email sent to us by Amazon. The second scan is done when it's shipped out from UPS. Amazon told me they have record I dropped it off At UPS, but the computers see it differently and I may have to call again to be sure I'm credited. The time I've had to spend, and more to come just to get credit for something I returned has been a terrible experience. Bad enough the item was not scanned the second time by UPS, it's just as bad if not worse that Amazon has me keep calling them to be sure their computer credits me for an item they know i've returned. Ss I read back over this UPS is not the one taking up my time it's actually Amazons incompetency and lack of concern for their customers time.

The woman that helped me was super friendly and I’m just sorry I didn’t get her name. They just remodeled this particular store and it looks absolutely fantastic and was worth the drive from uptown Charlotte to go there. Highly recommend!
