  I have been using this location for years now, since far before the remodel. I have had my finger prints, notoriety, returns all done strictly at this location. The staff have been professional at all times. I've never had an issue because I verify what I need prior to coming in. This makes the process quick. I also try not to bury them with nonsense questions when there are 15 people waiting in line. This will always be my go to for shipping items. It can be a little costly but the logistics behind the curtain drive cost and not the management.

  Like most of us, I buy crap from Amazon that I don't end up needing and have to return it. I've frequented this UPS Store location and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when I bring in a bunch of returns. This is my go-to notary as well. Super quick and convenient. Sometimes the line is pretty long, but it moves quickly. No shade, it's just the nature of dealing with returns/shipping/notarization, it takes some time to process these things. Would recommend for your shipping/returns/notarization needs!

  3 weeks ago I had 100 copies created here on glossy thin paper (text gloss) is how it was written on the receipt. Total cost 66 bucks. Fast forward 3 weeks and I went in to have 150 copies of the exact same document printed. The price rang up to 126 dollars. When i looked at the description of the paper on the register when the employee was ringing me up the description said glossy cardstock. I pointed that out and the fact that what I was getting was not cardstock. I also showed her the receipt from last time with the description and pointed out the difference. I was told that the description didn’t matter, the prices went up October 1st, and that the system no longer gave her the option to do get what I got last time. The lady working just seemed like she was going to tell me anything to not have to do anything additional to help a customer. In the face of showing someone the differences in the description from receipts from just 3 weeks ago to what she was ringing me up now for I just found her excuses to be absolutely ridiculous and just outright stupid.

  I would rather drive 30 min to a FedEx location then using the UPS store that is 2 min drive for me . Not once the staff was very rude saying I can’t box my own parcel? I was just using the tape to close my box . The attitude the lady working the front was unreal. Made me leave the store and go elsewhere .
