- JPJen PJul 28, 20162.0I used to go there whenever I needed printing or mailing done. However, since the the ownership changed hands my bills have risen mysteriously. A former employee was terminated for "stealing" the owner whispered to me conspiritorially, while she charged me for printing out the pages I brought in myself to be faxed. After trying unsuccessfully to get my money back the first time, I was lazy and went back a second time. The second time was worse and I reconciled myself to the fact that I was paying for my mistakes. I think the employee she fired (who was a great person and earned my business with good service and kindness) was not on board with her overcharging and was not making the tremendous profit she wanted to see. Tl;dr owner will steal from you, lie, and doesn't have very good customer service.
