Instead of helping, the employee got angry, started raising his voice, and even cursed at my dad — completely uncalled for. Other workers had to tell him to take a break because of how aggressive he was getting. That’s not customer service; that’s someone with serious anger issues. No one should be treated that way for asking a question. UPS needs to take action this kind of behavior is unacceptable. Common sense must’ve taken the day off with your attitude. Guess it’s not that common then, since you still had to explain it. Seriously needs to be looked into. Crazy guy working there.
