And it’s so great I can bring in a blank envelope or plain shipping box because they have all my friends and family’s addresses in their system. All I do is box or bag it or put a letter in an envelope and bring it in! And more often than not if it’s an Amazon return, I don’t have to have a box or bag at all I just bring the item to this UPS location and they take care of the rest.

The employee instead asked me to email the return label to them and have it printed for $3. At this point, my Nike free return is no more free. I complained to the Nike Customer Support and they said that is not how the return through UPS work.
