  Avoid this store at all costs. Terrible and flat out rude service. Lack of knowledge about shipping. Prices are double other ups stores. They are a franchise of ups so make up their own rules. Wish there is a zero rather than 1

  I also wish I could give this place a zero. $20 per day holding fee when you ALREADY PAY EXORBITANT RATES IS INSANE. UPS is running a straight up scam by claiming that UPS stores are "separate" from UPS. They are "separate" so they can screw the customer over. Ship with literally anyone else.

  Mal servicio, entregaron mi encomienda a otro destinatario y le cambiaron en la oficina de Texas el codigo de barra. No lo recomendaría a nadie, empresa irresponsable

  I have been going to this location for a few years without an issue until now. I sent some documents, specifically two fingerprint cards which cost me $80 to get, to a contractor I work with in California. Despite me paying for tracking UPS lost it in their system with it disappearing somewhere in the chain. UPS refunded the cost of the shipping, but not my $80. I went into the store to discuss further and the staff there were great and I was told the owner would call me soon. That was a month ago. I have gone back three times over the past month and asked for my call but Ms. Hamile couldn't be bothered. I went in today and told them goodbye. I will now drive to the other location. I own a business also and when I tell a customer they will get a call they actually do because I care.
