I made an appointment and showed up at the correct time only to be told that the system “shouldn’t have let [me]” and that there is no notary at this location. I was sent to the next nearest location with a notary, which was 20 minutes away in Huntersville. The counter associate at this location was friendly and the notary issue isn’t her fault, but this is something that the store manager needs to address.
