- FTFresia ToroFeb 11, 20261.0Fui a enviar un teléfono para mi hijo el empleado#278453 me ofreció algunas tarifas y pagué la tarifa de un día la fecha fue el 11/24/2025 y debería de aver llegado 11/26/25 y el teléfono llegó hasta 12/2/25 pagué el cargo de $54.50 por el envío me urgía que llegara x que me cambie de compañía de teléfono pero cómo no llego a tiempo eso me ocasionó pagar un mes más a la compañía de teléfono y pagar a la nueva compañía ósea pagar doble y cuando fui a al UPS me dice que se demoraron por holiday pero eso no le dicen a uno cuando va a dejar el paquete Sra. envíelo en tiempo regular y no pague más por que el paquete no llegará a tiempo si pague más es por que quería un servicio rápido no es gusto que le quiten a uno el dinero y el misma persona que me hizo el envío ahora me dice que ellos son independientes y que ellos no se responsabilizan por nada un pésimo servicio al cliente y hacen quedar mal a UPS

The man said we are done for the day. Wow…such great customer service. Hopefully at some point karma will return their favors to them.
