- AJA JJan 15, 20261.0No greeting, ever. Employees treat you like an inconvenience. They only want you to use the kiosk, if you need something the kiosk does not provide … may God help you. The only reason I continue to come is because it’s close to my work and I can swing by on my lunch break. I’ve had great experiences at my local location in Rock Hill, unsure why this location is so different. Sad.

I came in with an Amazon return for 2 items clearly listed on the QR code; she would only accept 1 box and when I attempted to problem solve she was rude and condescending. I eventually resolved the issue on my own. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but if I had I would happily mention it. I will definitely visit another location in the future; there are plenty with much more enjoyable individuals employed.
