- VVVetDec 30, 20255.0Fast and efficient. Even if there is a line, they move really quickly in this location and have plenty of employees.
- TTThedaDec 15, 20251.0Normally when I return a package I have no problems I'm in and out. They usually scan my barcode from my phone. I printed one return label but not for the other package. I returned with the printed label for other package and the young man told me I could pay $2 and he could ship it. Granted the young lady who was slightly rude took my package 15 minutes before this and boxed it. He was polite but I'm not sure he was very knowledgeable about the process. But getting back to the young lady, we all watched and listened to her be very rude to an elderly customer. The older employee (manager) did not apologize for her behavior either.
