    I have been with ATT since 2007. I tell you what - I've had such a terrible experience with this store and UPS customer service over the phone, I'm completely refunding my two new ATT cell phone purchases and going to T-Mobile. Will not use UPS again due to this issue - lack of customer care. Complete waste of my time, energy, stress and money. I've wasted my Saturday ordering the phones, I wasted my entire Tuesday evening having to go to the store multiple times and waiting for no results. The amount of employees that couldn't do their job thanks to ATT and UPS policy is beyond outrageous. My phones were ordered Saturday, delivered for Tuesday, and due to an employees error on the address - UPS refuses to complete the delivery nor update the address. The packages made it all the way to town and had the correct address - instead they'll go back to the the warehouse and I'll be refunded come Thursday. I couldn't get ATT store on the phone and had to go to ATT and UPS multiple times throughout a span of 7 hours to try and get help. ATT and UPS Corporate Customer Service was useless as well with understanding my frustration. I will not do business with UPS again, going Fedex. Wanted to upgrade my flip4 and watch5 to flip7 and watch8. Nadia promptly ordered my phone and watch on Saturday - would be in by Tuesday. I'm from out of state, staying in a hotel so I needed the phones to safely make it to ATT for pickup. Around 2pm Tuesday, I noticed there was an issue with the tracking UPS. The address was needing to be updated for the delivery to complete. I contacted the ATT store, pressed 1 for the front desk - the line gets disconnected - tried 3 times. Thus when I got off of work I had to drive by the store. Nadia tells me my phone has not yet been delivered, I questioned about the tracking address issue to no avail. So I had to drive over to UPS to fix this "possible issue." UPS was useless, not only was I given the wrong 1-800 number, UPS customer service had a wait of 27 minutes then says that myself and UPS cannot fix the address since the account is "locked" - ATT would have to make the change - Nadia failed to put Suite B on the correct address. UPS could not complete the delivery due to the address not having a simple Suite B written on the package. That's right, the letter B was the issue. I asked UPS, you can't drive by the address and see the ATT building? you act as if there's two side by side and need to know which Suite letter. I was also unable to pickup the order from the UPS carrier warehouse. Thus here I go again back to ATT - to which Nadia is getting off work and the manager was with another customer. Had to wait 20 minutes. Keep in mind, things happen, I am considerate of that - but this circus show was far from over. The manager took the time to update the address on file to Suite B. I had to contact UPS customer service again, waited 15 minutes on hold. Ended up having to put UPS on speaker phone for ATT manager since UPS did not have a Suite B update. This update only went to ATT and not towards the UPS package - this package is stuck in limbo. ATT manager had to call her supervisor. He pretty much after 20 minutes of digging stated there was nothing ATT could do. The phone would end up going back to the sender and I would be refunded, This would probably happen Thursday, 2 days later. Meaning I couldn't even get a refund and simply reorder the phones Tuesday, I was stuck till I get a refund. I was beyond aggravated that neither UPS nor ATT could fix this issue even though they are "partners." I contacted ATT customer service, to which they shrug me off with "idk what you want us to do about it." I have been having to deal with this from 2pm to 7pm Tuesday - no one offered any type of compensation for my issue on wasting time, effort, stress and money. UPS Corporate can't do their job either. T-Mobile and FedEx 100%.
