  The two representatives there today around 1pm were amazing. I had two large returns and they were so patient and kind in dealing with me. No frustrations were shown at.all and they maintained a sunny disposition throughout the process. Thank you!!

  The owner of this particular location likes to overcharge for his goods in comparison to all other stores. He is also very rude

  This is the very first time I have felt warmly welcomed in to a UPS store! This is a true rarity (in my experience). The warmth of a family owned AND operated UPS store, where it is obvious they enjoy one another and care about the customer. They stayed open a few minutes after closing and welcomed me with a smile and offered me assistance with securing/taping my pre-labeled box. I have never felt like anything but an inconvenient burden when dropping off packages at other locations around the area. After today’s experience, I will be making them the only location I use. On a personal note: With an hour of terrible traffic jams and rerouting to get there .. y'all really changed my whole vibe today by just being authentically kind. It’s rare to encounter folks like you. You are appreciated!

  update 09/09/2025 - keeping 1 star bc the owner Anthony fixed it but i know he didn’t want to lol i was told by the OWNER to come Monday around 5 but when i did he wasn’t even there. came back today tuesday and he had the package reshipped at no charge. he kept reminding me that i “confirmed” the addresses. i’m not an idiot, yes i understand confirmed the addresses, but i didn’t think i had to confirm sender/ receiver when i had them pre labeled AND my zipcode is the same as their stores zipcode. he also made it very clear it’s a 1 time courtesy, and that’s totally ok bc i will never return to this location! :) i do apologize for my original review being pretty mean, no disrespect to the employees i understand mistakes happen, but the situation could have been handled differently from the very beginning. ——— the short guy with glasses and tattoos is always extremely rude. he’s miserable every time i come in and unfortunately this is the closest location to my workplace. 09/02/2025 i paid in store to ship a package. i already had the to and from addresses pre-labeled on the box. I paid over $14 to have this box shipped, which weighs less than 1 lb and today 09/03/2025 the package shows up on my door step. Yes, I verified the addresses, but I would never thought to make sure that the to and from was correct when I already had it written on the box. and I guess the employee was lacking some brain cells because why would I be shipping something from another state back to charlotte when we are located in Charlotte????? same zipcode i mean come on. plus, i have shipped many times from UPS before so I don’t understand where the confusion of what MY address is came from. and then the short guy w glasses & tattoos tells me I have to pay again (for his employees mistake) which is already an overpriced service.
