    The gentleman that was working there today was a total jerk! He barely said two words to me, didn’t greet me or any other customer of those in there, and barely said two words to any of them as well. I was returning my Spectrum equipment that was used in a business and it had dust on it. He kept acting like they were contagious, never spoke and out loud he said to another employee you’re gonna have to pack these up because I’m allergic to the bugs that are on it. I didn’t see one single bug so I asked what bugs he said the dead roaches out loud In front of multiple .He has no business, dealing with customers face-to-face.

    Had the pleasure with experience Lorenzo there's definitely the reason why he is a manager he's very helpful very kind and patient made my experience pleasurable!! Considering customer service isn't what it used to be like this was a fantastic reminder that there are still good workers and people in the world thank you!!

    The two representatives there today around 1pm were amazing. I had two large returns and they were so patient and kind in dealing with me. No frustrations were shown at.all and they maintained a sunny disposition throughout the process. Thank you!!
