The manager Leo is always up beat and moving quickly to ensure that everyone is in and out and supported with top-tier customer service. Today, there was a lady in the store who came in really irate and very unfriendly. This is unusual as most people come in in our very warm because the atmosphere has been set that way. This customer who was doing a notary sign off, had added the date, and one of the staff members was trying to encourage her to do something different. The next time given the legalities connected to being a notary. The lady maintained a pretty mean disposition, but none of the staff members got upset when dealing with her and supporting her with the solution. I only decided to do this review today, because I realize how important it is to highlight moments like this these days.
