Everyone who works there is always personable and helpful but Phillip get a special "shout-out" for always going above and beyond. I recently had some issues with some shipments and he stayed on top of things for me until the issues were resolved. Much appreciated -- thank you!

- KJKay JayDec 7, 20211.0Amazon Return Alert! Twice, on separate occasions they have tried to make me purchase an additional box when returning Amazon items. Both times these items were already in a box and all they had to do was to print a label and put it on the box. They refused and said the box (that the item came in) was too big for them to ship! It wasn’t any bigger than most Amazon boxes and it was fairly light. I told them Amazon says “no box or label needed” and I have already packed it neatly in the original box in came in with, but they insisted I purchase another box to put mine in or they can’t take it. I refused to pay for another box and took my package to another UPS 5 min up the road who gladly took the box, labeled it and gave me a receipt. I told we them what happened and they laughed. Exact same thing had happened to my wife a month before and she just told me after I told her about my experience. I asked my friend who works at a UPS store and he told me they are trying to make money selling me a $30-40 box because Amazon returns are not very profitable for them. I am looking into reporting this to Amazon as I am sure they run this scam on hundreds of customers every day!
