The store itself has UPS logo in their sign and inside. Not to mention other reviews here talking about shipping. Sorry Google isn't going to remove this review to hide your rudeness. Also I called the 800 number and they too stated that the store should have taken the tires. They don't box tires due to size. As long as each one has a label, it would be picked up. I had 4 large tires shipped to me by a UPS driver. Only "packaging" on them was a taped label. Tires were the wrong size. And was told by Amazon to take them to the UPS store for a drop off. Easy peasy. Not. The gentleman there at 2PM 12/13 was rude, unhelpful and called us a liar basically by saying over and over that the tires couldn't possibly be shipped without a box. Trust me, if there was a box large enough to hold 4 car tires, I wouldn't want that at my house nor would I keep it. Utterly ridiculous at the service I got from this gentleman. Amazon authorized me to pay his $56 charge to ship them as I didn't want to put them back in my car. I will be calling UPS as well.
