  UPDATE: the store’s reply is a generic AI authored type response that misses the point —/— We went to this UPS store to pack and ship a non-functioning home appliance back to the manufacturer. The gentleman that helped us pack the appliance did a good job in packing a fragile appliance BUT … the kicker was being charged $3 to open an email with the prepaid label his colleague we had to send him Nickel and diming your customer is a sure shot way to ensure we drive past your store the next time We had a prepaid label via email which they said they can’t scan (granted that’s possible). Being asked to email the label and then being charged a fee for that is not cool - especially when you are paying $60 for a box and packing services! A couple CX tips if I may: 1) Inform the customer ahead of time especially if you plan to charge what most would call a ridiculous fee 2) Explain why an email with a prepaid lab from UPS cannot be used at a UPS store 3) When a customer is spending $60 for a cardboard box plus some bubble wrap and 5 min of your time to pack it, perhaps consider that revenue over the $3 tack on It’s hard to win loyalty and easy to lose it - especially over silly fees that don’t make any sense

  The staff at this store is AWESOME. We have our mailbox there and have been so happy we switched from another location because this location has a great crew! Very attentive, fast, and friendly.

  I love the employees in this store. So efficient, fast, helpful and above all a ton of smiles and holidays wishes. Keep up the good work. Refreshing change to go to a store and come away happy with the service.

  Always willing to go out of their way to provide top notch customer service and find ways to save their customers on overseas shipping. I can't recommend this full service shop enough! If there were more stars I'd give them.
