Everytime I come here, I'm met with kindness and professionalism and today was no different. Catherine is absolutely the best! She's kind, warm, friendly and easy to talk to. She takes the monotony out of the mundane task and creates moments of excellence. In fact, I've never had an employee there show nothing but kindness and professionalism even when it was not shown to them. They're always kind, helpful and professional! I highly recommend this location because they always go that extra mile to help you get your packages off safely. Thank you for helping me during the crazy Christmas holiday shipping season, btw! I absolutely never use any other location! This one is the best and so is everyone working there.

I was not greeted when I walked in nor when I walked up to the counter… and I was the only customer in at the time! It had to have been about 4-5 workers huddled up together talking to each other too. Not good.

When I arrived at the store to do a return (prepaid), I was greeted outside the door by Cat (Catherine) telling me that their system was down but that she would make sure my return was entered into the system and handled. She even took my phone # and texted me later with a photo of my receipt confirming the shipment info. She went above and beyond and I so appreciated her taking the initiative to ensure my needs were met as her (and UPS's) customer!
