I’ve never written a review for a ups store but I have to here. There’s kind energy, loving even, from the women here. Ebony was so sweet, and it’s just simple stuff, scanning Amazon returns, but she is just so kind as a person you can feel her light radiating outwards. It jolted me out of my own head and world and brought me present and honestly just made the day better just by being blessed to be in her lane in line today. Thanks for being a light in the world :)

I recently had a horrible experience here. An urgent package was dropped off here on Friday afternoon (1/2). I was constantly checking the tracking and noted it was never picked up from the store. I called on Saturday morning and spoke to a female who assured me there were no packages missed and it was not in the store. I explained that it was never scanned into UPS possession so it has to still be in the store. She said that wasn't possible and that I wouldn't see any tracking until Monday. I explained that I shop 10-20 packages per month UPS and they always show "in possession" as soon as UPS has them at the distribution center. I called back a few minutes later and informed her that I had an airtag inside the box and I knew the GPS location of the package was still inside the store. I politely asked if she would check the back to see if the box was there as it was urgent. She said, "I don't know what to tell you, it's not here." She also keyed in the tracking number and told me it shows as picked up so it was probably on the truck. I continued watching the GPS coordinates of the air tag on Saturday. On Sunday morning, the box still had not moved from the UPS store. I then drove to Charlotte over 2 hours away and they found the package sitting in the back after I alerted the airtag from my phone. Everyone makes mistakes, I'm not upset about that. I'm upset that I politely explained the situation, explained there was a GPS airtag inside the box, and that I knew the item was there. Their employee lacked empathy and cared so little about customer service that she wouldn't walk to the back to look for it. Had I not had the airtag inside the box and had I not driven to Charlotte to find it, who knows when the box would have been found and shipped.
