Unbelievable Also when you leave a review please note that it is going to the owner and if he condones this behavior it will not be addressed. You have to notify the UPS Store customer service whose name this franchise is licensing but employing someone who is disgustingly rude. You can reach the UPS store customer service and notify them or also contact them on Instagram @theupsstore. The “lady” spoke as if she knew there would be no repercussions for talking like that so I would highly advise people to take their complaint to the actual UPS store and not just this franchise.
