  Not normally one to write reviews but felt compelled after my experience today! The two gentleman working on 1/6 around 1pm were extremely kind and helpful. One of them showed me how to do the Amazon returns at the kiosk and was very patient. Definitely went out of his way to be kind and helpful when often times others will not. This is deff my new location!

  I don’t usually put up google reviews, only when I get a great service. My experience earned them one. I had an exceptional experience at this UPS Store location! I had a package delivered there while I was out of town, not realizing that it needed to be picked up within 7 days. I was extremely stressed when I found out it would be sent back to the sender. UPS customer support told me there was nothing they could do and advised me to contact the store directly. When I reached out, the owner, Mr. Okey, and the store manager were absolutely heaven sent. They went above and beyond by holding my package for an additional five days, and the owner even reassured me they would keep it safe for as long as I was away. When I returned, my package was sitting there perfectly intact, and they welcomed me with warm smiles. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a difference. If you’re looking for a UPS location that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend this store. They answer questions promptly, are incredibly helpful, and provide outstanding service. Thank you again to the entire team especially Mr. Okey for turning a stressful situation into a wonderful experience! 🙏
