  I was a customer of the neighboring DMV and needed to get change for a 5.00 bill so I could pay the notary fee. TD Bank would not do it because I was not a TD customer but suggested I ask someone in the UPS store. My question was deferred to a gracious and kind lady named Inez, located at Store #8175. She said with a smile,"Just this one time." I know she did not have to do this for me, but after a very long day, her kindness was so greatly appreciated. Also, she and the rest of the store staff members were professional and very customer-friendly; a nice reflection on the UPS stores as a whole. Thank you so much Inez and UPS. Thank you so much
