  Vjay has poor customer service and refused to accept a valid return with labels and in the orginal shipping box. Walked in a few minutes later and my return was easily processed by another employee. Avoid this employee I guess

  Ordered for next day on Friday, Saturday tracking said it would be delivered Sunday, Sunday tracking said Monday. Today's Monday and now its saying Tuesday. Charging for delivery for this type of service is ridiculous.

  Helloo… I went rushing into this ups store on 5th st just yesterday, hoping I had enough time to print some very important documents for school. I knew the store would close in 15 min and needed a lot of time to print all my documents but couldn’t wait for the next day. It was urgent and I needed the papers for school the next day. The documents were so much and I was stressing out on time. Mr. Jiggy was kind enough to stay open for me until I had finished printing all my school documents that took me an additional hour and a half after closing time. I am very appreciative of him willing to stay after hours for me to print all my school paperwork as he never stressed out on the closing time or made me uncomfortable at all. He know how important it was for me to have all the necessary paperwork for school the next morning. He was also helping me print my papers. I highly recommend this UPS store because this man has a kind heart in helping his customers. I will not hematite to go back to print again or for any other service I need as this gentleman is very helpful and kind to others. Thank you

  Great service. Had a very important package that I needed to get out and they were super helpful and making sure that it happened. Very convenient location in the hotel.

  I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store thanks to the owner, Jiggy. He went above and beyond to help me, and his level of service is exceptional. Jiggy was friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was handled perfectly. I had several things that I needed help with, and he not only solved them quickly, and offered thoughtful solutions, but he did it all over the phone with me! I am based in NYC and my boss was traveling to Charlotte, NC, where she needed shipping, receiving, and Amazon return assistance. If you are in the Charlotte, NC, area and in need of services from UPS – I highly recommend UPS Store #7931. Jiggy’s professionalism, kindness, and dedication make all the difference. Five stars!
