The manager Misty is very friendly and accommodating and always makes it an enjoyable interactions. This is not the closest UPS to my house but I find myself driving the extra distance because I know I will be met with friendly staff and a seamless and helpful experience.
- JBJane BJul 16, 20255.0Having to get legal documents notarized, especially in stressful times, is a difficult task. After getting no help at my local bank, I found this UPS Store close by. When I went in, Misty Kieffer (who would be doing the notarizing) let me know that the documentation needed some updates before it could be notarized. Seeing that I was upset, she came over, hugged me, and said "if you come back tomorrow at 4pm, I will make sure that we can notarize the documents with the edits you make AND I'll have your two witnesses lined up." Also, her coworker, Garima Patel, told me she would make sure she was there BEFORE 4pm to ensure my success. When I got there the following day, Misty made it a priority to get my documents reviewed and notarized, and as promised, had the required witnesses lined up. Once we were done, she said "can I give you another hug?" Thank you so much to this wonderful staff at the UPS Store. I will never forget your kindness and will definitely use this location for your services in the future.
