I was standing at the desk for about 10 minutes while she stood there and watched someone fiddle with their phone trying to attach a download to an email. When I said excuse me, she just said "wait your turn", even though all she was doing was standing there watching over the ladies shoulder, not helping in any way. I was just there to pick up an order, already paid. Literally just needed to hand me the package, but she didn't even let me tell her that. I had to go find another worker in a different section just to have them hand it to me. You shouldn't work in customer service if the first thing you say to someone is with an attitude.

As I was leaving the store I went to the entrance only to exit and I began to beep. I asked the girl at the counter why I would be ringing and she said ‘I’m not sure it may be your keys’! Wouldn’t I have beeped entering the store in that case? I went to the correct exit and rang again and it bugged me all day…. As I was entering outside whoever drive the black Chevy parked right up front that hit their car alarm and was nowhere in sight ‘please kick rocks’. Needless to say I won’t be revisiting your product was out of stock and you got people thinking I’m a robber Staples. Come on now, just because I didn’t buy your over priced cartridge!!! I did go down the road and purchase it from Office Depot though.
