Don't do it unless you want your money back in at least a month. This return service, while free, is atrocious in terms of turnaround time. Even the app informed me that a delay was expected and the item wouldn't be RECEIVED BY THE SELLER until December 7th (it was shipped on November 15th). It terrible delay.

I first tried to start the return online, but when I asked Daniel (the supervisor) for help, he refused and told me I had to call Staples myself. When I asked if he could call for me, he said I would have to do it on my own the next day. Later, I found a return shipping label in my email and came back to have the laptop shipped. Daniel still made me pay to print the label—even though the return was going straight to a Staples warehouse. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever had at Staples. Daniel was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to provide even basic assistance. Absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location.
