Booked a load with Alex Bjerke on November 19 2025, for December 3 (tomorrow), and got an email today that we were pulled off the load and they booked with another company. We have hauled this load probably 10+ times in the last year and have even run it straight through the shipper. We reached out for a TONU since we have a signed rate con and it is within 24 hours of pickup, and they rejected our request.
- HPHEI PaperworkDec 2, 20251.0Did load 20499906 with Naileth Mejia and she told us we would get detention and it would take up to 5 business days, this is my 2nd review on this and RXO does not even care about bad reviews or wait time or relationships with carriers, she has ignored every email asking for an update and this load was delivered on 11/10/2025, and today is 12/2 so much for the so called submitting of detention and up to 5 business days. Make sure you ask for more money when booking with them so you can get that wait time cause you are not getting a response for anything. HORRIBLE BROKER!!
