After working with them without any issues for a long time, they suddenly stopped giving us loads—no explanation, no communication, and zero consideration for the carrier. The level of irresponsibility and unprofessional behavior is shocking: they leave you waiting, don’t respond, and provide no clear reason for cutting you off despite having a solid history with them. For a serious carrier, this kind of treatment is a total waste of time and a complete lack of respect. My recommendation is simple: don’t rely on them. Their inconsistency and sudden abandonment can disrupt your operation overnight. Be aware of this Bad Company
