Chris Dembofsky and Ahmed Hassan are among the best brokers I’ve worked with—professional, highly responsive, and consistently on top of every detail. Communication is clear, loads are accurately described, and everything runs smoothly. RXO is definitely a brokerage you can trust in this industry.

  I’ve had a consistently frustrating experience with the RXO department responsible for detention approvals. On multiple occasions, the approval process took weeks, causing significant delays and disruptions. Even more troubling is that, on several occasions, detentions were approved only to be reversed later without any clear explanation. I have brought these issues up multiple times with their representatives, but the inconsistencies and delays persist. This not only disrupts operations but also creates unnecessary stress. I hope RXO addresses these issues to improve reliability and transparency.

  Very poor experience with this broker. We had multiple serious issues working with Benjamin B. On the first load, the broker confirmed the weight as 14,000 lbs, but when we arrived at the shipper, we were told the load could be up to 47,000 lbs, which would have resulted in an illegal gross weight for a 53’ dry van. We spent the entire day attempting to reach him by phone and email with no response. Because of safety and legal concerns, we had no choice but to cancel the load, which caused us to lose money. He later replied saying he was on vacation and claimed to have an away message, which we never received. On another load, we booked and immediately sent driver information. The broker never provided dispatch details or tracking information. The driver arrived empty and waited with no confirmation. Despite multiple calls and emails, there was still no response for hours and we had to cancel to avoid further losses. After these incidents, he blamed us and threatened to place our company on a “Do Not Use” list, even though both cancellations were caused by his lack of communication and inaccurate information. Very unprofessional and unreliable. We do not recommend working with this broker.

  Joseph Hill - broker from RXO Please avoid this guy Emailed him about the load and placed an offer. He emailed me to call , then I call him and then he said he cannot do the rate. That is fine of course. After that we emailed him 3 more times for a different load and placed an offer so he email to call him again to tell us that he cannot do the rate. So gain we emailed him and then he was rude " i told you to call me 3 times, don't email me again" So just FYI he will play around with you. Good luck

  Please guys avoid these guys they’re the most scam unprofessional brokers I’ve ever deal with stay away I’m just warning you you will not get paid at all they will invent a lie and file a claim with insurance against you just to avoid paying you carries stay away
