  Please guys avoid these guys they’re the most scam unprofessional brokers I’ve ever deal with stay away I’m just warning you you will not get paid at all they will invent a lie and file a claim with insurance against you just to avoid paying you carries stay away

  I booked a load with RXO on July 9. The load had multiple stops. My first stop was in Sarasota, Fl at UNFI. I had a couple of pallets to be taken off. I sat there for 10 hours. I informed the broker Lionel Phillips and he told me that it would be a layover for $250. When I got to my fourth stop, it was also UNFI at the same facility. That’s what was on the rate confirmation. They informed me that I had to go to a different location. I called the broker again to let him know that the wrong address was on the rate confirmation and that it would be an extra stop for $50 Lionell again told me that I would be paid would the $50 and I sat there for another four hours, and I told that it was two hours free and that I would be paid $100 for the other two hours. After the load was complete I’ve been getting the run around and they do not want to pay the layover or for my waiting time. Be very aware that you UNFI they could care less about the drivers, and the driver’s time and they are very rude. They have all kinds of bad reviews on this company (UNFI) and RXO will lie to you and tell you that you will get unloaded fast and they know that you’re gonna sit there for 10 hours or better and and then they don’t wanna pay you for your time.

  Did a load for them yesterday to a job site , told them I felt uncomfortable about the muddy conditions and basically was told to go in there or else , well ended up getting stuck and ripping some of my bumper off and was told it was my fault and should of took the load back to shipper with no pay lol these brokers are getting out of hand next time I’ll hold the load hostage until I get what i want

  Very disappointed with RXO. They falsified the delivery date and lied about the unloading time just to get the load accepted. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. This kind of behavior creates serious problems for drivers and carriers. I wouldn’t recommend working with them if you value transparency and respect for your time.
