  Morgan helped me find a remote job in December within just one month, and job exceeded my expectations. She continues to follow up and check in on how things are going, which I truly appreciate. It’s also been a pleasure working with Sam.

  Not a good experience. A recruiter reached out with pretty solid job description. We went over it on the phone a couple of times and texted back and forth before the interview. After I had the interview with the job, I got 0 followup - complete radio silence. The recruiter even said the day before on our pre-interview call that I could get an update after the interview - just text her when it was over. I followed up 3 times via email and text and haven't heard. It's been more than 3 weeks. I will say I told other people about my experience and they weren't surprised as they were familiar with Robert Half. 0/10 - would not recommend.

  I worked with a recruiter from here Sam F. He ghosted me after I did two interviews with the company he was hiring for. Thanks for the reply but a simple google search shows that this is a common occurrence from your company. To anyone who gets contacted by a RH recruiter, just ignore them.

  If you just need a temp job you might okay. If you're looking for a career go elsewhere. With most recruiters it's painfully obvious they only care about themselves and are only interested on what makes them money and not what's good for the candidate. They tried to place at a position that I explained was not what I was looking for and then get on my case. Act they know more about what I want in a career than I do. Poor communication even amongst senior staff. In a word- unprofessional. A lots of recruiters are just used car salesmen with college degrees. This just happens to be the biggest lot in Charlotte.

  This company is super unprofessional. A recruiter contacted me for a phone interview, and didn’t even call me. I had to call her. Then she told me that she would get back to me for the in person interview. Ten days passed without me hearing anything and then she called asking if I could come in for an interview in the morning. The location was an hour and a half away. I went to the interview that morning, and sent her a follow up the next day. I heard nothing back. A couple days letter I get a document requesting information for a background check. I still have yet to hear anything from the recruiter. They don’t return calls, respond to emails, or leave voicemails. So unprofessional from the very beginning. Don’t work with this group. EVER.
