I’ve run out of water many times, and all they do is offer a $10 credit. I’ve even had to go to the store to purchase my own 5 gallon jugs to put in my water cooler to hold me over until they came with my late delivery. And customer service can’t help with anything delivery related. They’ll give you a different answer each time your contact them.

Never received the dispenser or the first water shipment. Called to see what the delivery status was. And said they had moved it without acknowledging me or letting me know that day came and went with no delivery. I called back and they said, I skipped it when I did no such thing. Went to cancel and it was an arduous process. They kept trying to Going to be apologetic and offering me free delivery fee for a delivery that would never come - happy to have canceled.We'll be definitely letting know the poor representative in sam's club that their company is trash.
