- SSSalemJan 13, 20261.0Applied for a few positions that aligned with my experiences. Being that I have not heard back from them, I called them today to ask were any of the positions still available. I was told yes those positions are still available. I let them know I applied. This lady did not ask for my name or any of my information. Instead she told me someone will eventually look at my application and resume, if I seem to be a good fit .. they will be in contact. Honestly, I doubt they would be in contact. I wouldn’t be calling nor applying if I was not searching for a job. I thought calling would help get my application looked at, I was wrong. Reading the reviews, I can see this agency picks and chooses. If a potential candidate reaches out on their own about a job, with similar experiences, why tell them a recruiter would eventually look at their application? No help. This lead me to contacting another staffing agency, their customer service was great, they viewed my resume while we were on the phone, they found something that’ll work for me, now I’ll be starting this new job soon. People get into these positions and forget about reality. Don’t become a recruiter if you have no sense of urgency and if you just don’t care to do your job. I’m very disappointed and I will never recommend this agency to anyone. Reaching out to me after this review won’t change how I feel. Just do better or find better employees. Have a good day!
