- AHAndrew HauserOct 21, 20251.0Went to this location to drop off a prepaid return. Was informed they would charge me a handling fee. Took the package, walked out, went about a quarter mile away to another location and shipped it with no cost to me, as it should be. Don't waste your time parking and trying to find the location in the Westin, go to another location
- RSRichard SmithJan 14, 20251.0The staff here are friendly. However this is not a normal FedEx and they charge significant receiving and shipping handling fees. These fees are based on weight. Do not go to this FedEx and expect a normal store experience.

With the Westin construction, it’s best to ask for help or you will get lost in the hotel. Also not much place to park since it’s a hotel. They helped me find one with parking and no handling fees though.

Seems like an obnoxious bit of profiteering for what is sure to be a small amount of yearly revenue but I guess it's the American way. Anyway don't go here for any reason unless you are desperate. I was honestly so annoyed with this after wandering around the hotel looking for the place (which is not easy to find) that I resolved never to stay in this Westin hotel (according to the employee the charge was hotel policy). The JW Marriott's right across the street
