  Every time I go to drop off a package the rules change. Clearly, they just do not want to do any work there. After lugging 2 very large boxes in, as they no longer provide a cart for customers, they refused to ship them due to how they were packaged, which is the exact packaging in which they were shipped to me. This is one of many issues I've had in the past 1-2 years.

  Wren is fantastic handling multiple customers at one time. She helped me and about 5 other people simultaneously, and reprinted my copies because the file type was too small. She deserves a raise!

  Don’t come to this location. New guy with dreads purposely shipped my package to wrong location, he was so rude and made me lose money from my business. Will never be back

  Don’t waste your time coming here. The lazy, unhelpful and mask wearing staff are rude. Fed Ex you can do better
