  I used to drive out of my way to visit this particular FedEx location, since it seemed to give better service than the Dilworth or University locations. However, today I had such a bad experience that I ended up leaving and taking my business to the UPS store nearby on Fairview. They ripped me off selling me a small box marked $8 for $12, saying it was only available for sale together with "security wrapping"; then, a different quite rude young man said I couldn't ship the guitar pickups in that box - only a smartphone. When an assistant manager began to help me, he walked by and whispered to her, loud enough for me to hear: "don't ship that!" She unpacked my box, asked me questions and repacked it haphazardly; finally, the least expensive shipping option was cost-prohibitive. I took my package and left. I went to the nearby UPS store and got excellent service, shipping via USPS for a lower rate. I do NOT plan to ship via FedEx again.

  Terrible experience at this location. Most of the time they’re lacking patience, especially the associate I talked to him today from production. I emailed the store and I asked for a certain size and I think he looked like annoyed for no reason, he said the email will take 10 minutes till he receive it which is I don’t think this is true cause this is not my first time printing at FedEx locations. I asked for 5 x 5” and it cost me two dollars as I am printing big letter size then he asked me if I want to trim and then he charged me another two dollars to trim my papers without telling me that it will cost me money. So I ended up printing for 4 copies of 5 x 5” on a regular people with trim cost that I wasn’t aware of and ended up paying $15 to get those printed. Very unpleasant service and charging me the trim of the paper without letting me know that it will cost.

  I have always had a great experience at this location until today. The lady helping me was short with me, questioning everything I did, like I have never done this before and she was rude, not friendly at all. She is the one wearing a mask and has a fan around her neck, her name tag said she has been employed by FedEx since 2023. I hope she was just having a bad day because as much as we pay to use FedEx I would expect better from them.

  Went to Fedex, Sharon/Fairview to expadite important documents and plates. I was assisted by an employee to make copies of the documents. Stood at the counter and watched me put the plates and 2 documents into the envelope, I sealed it. He printed out a mailing label and attached it, I was given receipts. he tossed it on a back counter. A few days later I got an email from the destination business saying no paperwork was enclosed? The paperwork had no value, just information which was important. There was no reason on the destination end to dispose of the paperwork. I went back to Fedex to find out how something so bazaar could happen? The mgr wasn't there and was told to call back. I called the mgr and told him what happened and said I want to see the cameras. He said he looked at the camera footage while I was on the phone. Found it interesting he could pull it up so fast as it happened days ago. He said... "I only see a dark envelope inside". Then rattled off other excuses, none of which helped. He said if I contact the police they will be aloud to see the video. I called CMPD and made a report, an officer called me back. I informed him what happened, told him I would like to accompany him to see the video footage. The officer listened and decided there was no crime committed and wouldn't help. I thought theft from mail was a crime? I informed the destination business what happened, they said just fax or email the missing info and they will be happy to backdate the information to the original arrival of the plates. What was someone looking for in the envelope? Where did it happen? It would serve no purpose. Seems deliberate. I would never recommend FedEx for any mailing/shipping.
