- KWKareem WarrenSep 8, 20251.0had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Nina. She spoke to me in a condescending manner and provided poor customer service throughout my visit. Instead of being helpful and respectful, her tone made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I came in expecting professionalism and support, but left feeling dismissed and unwelcome. This location needs to address customer service standards, because how employees treat people matters just as much as the services offered.
- CBCheri BrownMar 15, 20191.0Customer service is very rude from one male in particular. The first time I went I brushed it off as everyone has a bad day, no big deal. The second time I went yesterday, the same male told me I NEED AN ID TO SHIP A PACKAGE. Not Fed Ex rules but the government. I go to the car to get my ID, he scans my ID and ask me is the address on my ID the return address. I reply NO. That's my sister house, I need to update my ID and I do not want anything shipped there. He stated "I have to use the return address on your ID." I took my business elsewhere. Went to the Post Office this morning and OF COURSE I do not need an ID to ship a package. Last time I checked the post office workers are GOVERNMENT employees. Stay away from this location!
- MNMark NguyenSep 22, 20181.0Walked in with a prelabeled package for an eBay sale of a computer. I was told by the assistant manager that the packaging will not work. They stated they could package for me and it will cost me an additional $25. I paid for it and left. A few days later, the buyer (receiver) stated the mouse was not there in the box. Knowing that I originally packaged the mouse in the box, FedEx failed to have it packaged correctly. Resulting in a loss of sale and money.
