I was given a card and told to follow the "print with code instructions" after about 5 mins, I went to the desk and explained i didn't receive a code. I was told to connect to the wifi and try again. I waited an additional 5 minutes and still nothing. There were 4 employees behind the desk besides the manger who was working with a customer. None of these employees offered to help nor did they seem interested in helping. The manager came to assist me after she finished with the other customer. The manager shouldn't have to do everything. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the manager was super helpful.

Despite our 10+ years of experience as business owners with established accounts with DHL, UPS, and FedEx, Thomas speaks to us in a patronizing tone. We get better service with UPS and DHL every time. Unfortunately, his actions have led to issues with our shipments, including a recent incident where he failed to double-tape a box, resulting in damage and a missing item that we had to replace. Given the minimal value of the claim, we didn't pursue it further with FedEx. Today, when I requested that he double-tape a box, I was met with attitude. I spoke with Assistant Manager Emily, but her dismissive demeanor made me feel like my concerns were being ignored. Instead, she requested I come to the store during the week and speak to an actual Manager. It's unfortunate that our neighbors have shared similar experiences with this store and its service over the weekend especially with Thomas.
